Supported Entry at YCKC Show, May 3-4
Come join in the fun at this year's show!

Let's Do It Again!

Last year, BCCME held its first Supported Entry at the York County Kennel Club shows at the Acton Fairgrounds. We had a blast! BCCME members and other Beardie people came from as far away as Maryland and Pennsylvania to show with us. We had breakfast and lunch at the fairgrounds, a silent auction table, lots of great trophies and rosettes for the winners, and the traditional free lobsters for every Beardie entered. A bunch of us also went out to The Weathervane for lobster and beer for the humans, too! (Unfortunately, lobsters for humans weren't free.)

This year, the shows take place on May 3-4, and we're doing Supported Entries for both days! We'll have everything we enjoyed last year, only double! Even if you're not showing or doing obedience or rally, the club could use your help in welcoming our visiting Beardies and their people, helping with breakfast and lunch, helping with the silent auction (including bidding!), and joining us for dinner afterwards for food and merriment.

The premium list for the shows is here. MB-F screwed up royally and didn't mention our Supported Entries in the premium, but at least they got the trophies right. All the lodging information and everything else you need to know are right in the premium list.

Supported Entry at the PVKC Show, June 21-22

...And Again!

Come celebrate the Summer Solstice with us at the Penobscot Valley Kennel Club show on June 21-22 at the Cumberland Fairgrounds in Cumberland, ME! Trust us, the coming of summer is a big deal here in Maine after nine months of winter and three months of poor sleddin'.

Just as we're doing in Acton in May, BCCME is offering Supported Entries both days of the show. We'll have trophies and rosettes for conformation, obedience, and rally -- and of course, the traditional free lobsters for Beardies. Since no BCCME get-together is complete without munchies and a good place to go for seafood, we'll work out the details and post them here as soon as we know.
